Dawn Birch sang her first solo at the age of 4 at Allegheny Center Alliance 
   Church in Pittsburgh, PA.   Starting serious vocal studies at the age of 16, she
   went on to obtain her B.M. in Vocal Performance at The Hurley School of Music 
   at Centenary College in Shreveport, LA.  She was a Metropolitan
   Opera Audition's district  winner in 1989 and then went on to graduate 
   studies  in voice at The Cincinnati-College  Conservatory of Music.


   She veered from her classical studies in 1991 and started singing 
   popular, rock , and Top 40 music.  She met her musican husband Billy, and
   they started making their own music together when they formed the well 
   known  duo in Southwest Florida, "Billy Dean and Dawn." Together
   they perform over 200 dates a year, in Florida where they have resided since
   1997.

   With the new Millennium, Dawn has come back to her Christian faith with a 
   new  enthusiasm.  She hopes to use all that she has learned musically and
   personally along her journey to encourage all to draw closer to God, by having a
   personal relationship with His Son, Jesus Christ.
